Create fertility/ natural IVF - any experiences or success stories?

Does anyone have any experiences with create fertility in London? We are looking at having Ivf early next year and after quite a bit of research I'm keen to go the natural route. There are no known issues with me, however DH has quite low numbers so I'm liking the idea of natural Ivf with icsi. Has anyone done this and had success?

It doesn't have to be create - open to suggestions of other clinics but I think it would have to be somewhere willing to do natural Ivf with icsi.

I think ARGC is the obvious choice if you have Hashimotos and suspected immune issues

I have both of these - Create ignored it, Lister gave me intralipids around the time of embryo transfer
Both said it was 'just bad luck' when I had repeated failed rounds with them

ARGC took one look at my medical history (Hashimotos and hayfever) and said they would put money on me having an immune issue
Then they did immune testing which came back with a very clear issue, then spent 2 months treating me, then retested and only then let me start my cycle
They had a very strict protocol for steroids, intralipids and (the hugely expensive) IVIG around transfer and early pregnancy and didn't seem to leave anything to chance

ARGC got me pregnant first time, and kept me pregnant
