Hi everyone, i am new here. I have just found out that my estrogen is less than 40, my testosterone is less than 0.2, my lh is less than 1 and my fsh is 1. Also, i have been refered to an Endocronologist as i have a suspected Pituitory Tumor. Has anyone expereinced anything similar and gone on to conceive? I really dont no whats going on, and everything i read on the internet is so scary and depressing!

Thank you in advance,

My friend has a pituitary tumour. She took medication for about 2 yrs to get it under control, then with the endocrinologist's support changed medication so she could TTC. She fell pregnant quickly twice and now has two gorgeous DC and is planning a third.
Hope you get some answers soon x

Hi mini

My hormone levels are similar to yours and I have high prolactin levels, which are usually caused by a pituitary tumour. I've had a CT scan which actually showed no tumour but I still have all the same symptoms and no AF since last June.

I've been reviewed annually by an endochronoligist for the last few years and have my next appointment in 6 weeks, where I'm going to ask him for treatment as me and DH want to start a family.

From what I've been reading on the whole thing, it seems fairly straightforward to regulate the hormone levels through medication, and very often fertility can be restored.

I wish I could add my own success story here rite now but hopefully will be able to very soon!!!

DH has one - in men, it causes low sperm count. Since they found it in December, he's been on cabergoline - initially he had dizziness and headaches but they stopped after about 3 weeks. Now we're amazed af how his energy and sex drive have improved. We should be back to 'normal' by now bearing in mind it takes 70 days from sperm production to ahem release so like flixy I hope to have our own success story soon :)
