Not that giving babies drugs is especially unusual in some circles unfortunately but FFS.

And it is much harder to settle children who have been passed around the care system whilst well-meaning professionals waste time giving their mothers a chance to pull themselves together. There should zero tolerance on this. Enforced adoption at birth. That is the only thing that will make these women stop producing damaged babay after damaged baby.
