HAs anyone heard about this - apparently you can't use footage of Blair at Iraq Enquiry for entertainment/satirical purposes?

Was watching Newswipe (Charlie Brooker) who did a bit on iraq enquiry. The programme was banned from using footage of Tony Blair at Iraq enquiry because they were not allowed to use the footage for satirical or entertainment purposes.

I've had a quick look online and can't find anyone reporting on this so don't know whose banned it - whether it was govt or BBC or someone else entirely.

Has anyone heard of this or heard about it in anymore detail?

Seems very to me that anyone is allowed to do it - surely it's a matter of public record?

Probably is a guideline laid down by the Chilcott Inquiry itself, rather than specifically about Blair's testimony?

I did like what Brooker did with Blair though

ITN places the same restrictions on footage

It'll be the inquiry itself. You'll notice it also has a one-minute delay on its "live" feed - that was a condition of broadcast too.
