Britons kidnapped in Iran

A couple of questions;

What were they doing in Iran?

And why, when all us war protestors were predicting that Iran would be next, is Iran now top of the USA's most wanted list? Are people really that guillible?

No lapin, what I am saying is that they were possibly keeping a "eye" on Iran, only possibly though! The kidnap is not fake I'm sure. However you cannot take as fact everything the MoD say, they may well have been in Iranian waters and yes the Iranians are very jumpy with good cause.

No, we wouldn't go to war with Iran, I think those lessons have been learnt, however, I do believe that America would go to war with them and to the Iranians the Brits are in league with the Americans and so are fair game.

Last time the soldiers were released unharmed, I do hope that will be the case this time.

I'm having a bit of a jumpy week because my navy friend is a submariner, fortunately not aboard the Tireless (although I wasn't sure, cue frantic phone calls when he thought I was a loon because he hadn't seen the news). Now this. If they could please just be handed back, that would be v nice, thanks Iran.

As well as hoping that they are returned to their families, I also hope that one day those being detained illegally in Guatanamo Bay are also returned to their families.

Let's not forget that their friends and families must also be very worried about them.
