I agree that reporting is Eurocentric. In Europe.
And I bet it's Chinese-centric. In China.
And I know for a fact it's US-centric in the US 
But I get what you mean, bias is very much in one direction, and one direction only.
However this thread IMO is more a 'breaking news' type of thing and not an analysis of what's going on world-wide.
Wrt to 'terrorist' attack, I disagree with your definition. It's not simply about the number of victims, it's about the attacker/s making some kind of violent and misguided political point.
The left-extremist RAF in Germany in the 70s had several individual victims; plenty of mass killings in history that were not political.
