Toddler kicked out of preschool for being breastfed.

I agree with that and i intend to feed dd only until 2. It worked out well for all of us with ds though and i knew people who fed far longer.I dont "need" to buy ds presents for his birthday, i dont need to take him to the park but i still do.

You dont need to give your child cows milk either but people still do.

dont misunderstand me I would never say anything or yell in he street!
BUt In my opinion I would rather give a drink wehn it is nutritionally not vital for a kid to have breastmilk!

But it's not about nutrition so much at that age. I did it for lots of reasons, dont want to do it again for so long. Ds has lots of foods that he doesnt need nutritionally as I'm sure lots of 3-4 years old have.

I am envious of all who have successfully breastfed. I am hoping that it was the stress of the situation that meant when ds twins were born I only managed 3 days, the milk never came properly.

Next time (listen to who is getting broody here!) I am so going to try, try again!

As far as I could tell she was sitting in a cloakroom to feed her kiddie. Why is it bf mums are forced into toilets to feed their children? I noticed a mum in a cafe once bf her baby, I think I was the only one to notice and only did so as I was pregnant at the time and was trying to see how she positioned her clothes etc. The prejudice is that bf mums run about with their boobs out - how backward are we!
