After some detective work, two social media users managed to track down a website called Last Rhodesian, that was registered to Dylann Roof.
On the website (now taken down) he included his manifesto. Not even Fox News can dispute it was a hate crime now.
He starts off by saying he was NOT raised in a racist home or environment, and goes on to say, it was the Trayvon Martin case (February 2012) which started to change his thinking.
After a few introductory paragraphs, he then starts a section labelled Blacks, which opens with...
"I think it is is fitting to start off with the group I have the most real life experience with, and the group that is the biggest problem for Americans.
N**rs are stupid and violent. At the same time they have the capacity to be very slick. Black people view everything through a racial lense [sic].
It continues for many paragraphs and makes for uncomfortable but not surprising reading. He also talks briefly about his opinions on Jews, Hispanics and East Asians, plus a section on patriotism (he hates the sight of the U.S. flag).
There's a Daily Mail article which has the full text - I couldn't find the full text anywhere else - and I've linked to it below. However I've used a website called donotlink.com, to link to the article, so if you do take a look you won't add to the Daily Mail's 'Google Juice' in search engine rankings.
