Can't ever pop out to the shops, can't do anything spontaneous at all ever, living within tight security, permanently knowing you and your family are terrorist targets, your appearance poured over and dissected every time you are seen, ( there is a thread on here about prince george's socks) public engagements s all the time,
Never EVER knowing if a friend is genuine or just sycophantic, never knowing who is going to sell their story to the press,
quite possibly never being alone with your own children, or at least rarely,
every decision you ever make discussed and criticised, every achievement and exam result public property,
expectations and pressure to be "gracious" ( whatever that means) beautifully coiffured, slim, fit, successful at anything you are asked to try, knowledgeable, every time you are seen,
never to stop smiling or let the smile appear fixed.
Its a prison sentence, for life, with no possibility of reprove, as far as i can see.
I'd hate it. I don't think 99.9% of the population would really want it, would they?
