If so, would you have a word with your fellows about APOSTROPHES, please?
In yesterday's i I came across:
"Thirty years ago, after all, Mrs Thatcher had big advantages over those successors of their's who think her's and Geoffrey Howe's blueprint is the one to follow"
(my italics)
I love the i, am really impressed with the concept (and the price
) and most of the content, but PLEASE, no more greengrocers' apostrophes!!! (There was another, too, yesterday, but I can't remember where & can't be arsed to track it down)
(incidentally, on the Indie website \link{http://www.independent.co.uk/opinion/commentators/matthew-norman/matthew-norman-osbornes-prescription-could-soon-turn-into-his-epitaph-2201254.html"their's" has now been corrected to "theirs" but "her's" is still there)}
