help with how to use oven pride please

-pour in solution (how much?), seal and soak (what does this mean? Do I put the sealed bag in water?)

I have just used oven pride for the first time in a huge bid to get a very dirty oven clean again. My mind has been all over the place trying to fix things and make them work that I must've completely missed the 'don't get it on the fans/ heating rails'

Now I think I did, and used water to get it off, and now whenever I turn on the oven it blows the fuse...

Any help? Has anyone else had this problem?
Should I leave it overnight and see how it in the morning?
