Chewing gum on my best dress - Help

I've wet the stain and put it in the freezer.

Will it come out or should I take it to the dry cleaners?

Should come off once frozen if not you can get a stain devil thing that removes chewing gum

Why did you wet it?

It's still in the freezer.

Fab I googled and saw a tip to wet the whole area around the stain as it is supposed to help.
