Flylady - love it, hate it , changed your life?

The Flylady system do you love it/hate it, tried it , failed it, got addicted and seen it overtake your life?

I'm trying to figure out whether to embrace it for the good of my sanity and my family or just muddle on in the same old way.

Its really good although I must say it is one of my dirty secrets....I don't tell any of my friends about it (who would). some Most of it is pretty cheesy but it does seem to work at motivating me to 'get of my franny' (franny?? - FFS!!!).
