I am like a headless chicken here this morning. Couldn't wake up, the house is a complete tip plus all the unpacking from being away. I am behind with laundry, and the Ocado man came early before I'd had a chance to clear up the kitchen and I was still in pjs. I have spent the last 1.5 hours tidying and it's hardly made a dent!

Ali it is strange this ms. Last night i ate a roast dinner and felt fine, but i had some toast at 11ish and felt really queasy afterwards. I am also making the most of drinking orange juice before the heartburn kicks in
