Gloss paint off work trousers?

Have finished painting horrible kitchen with gloss undercoat (to hide the diarreah brown units) and I am going to paint over this soon with a nice girly pink.

Unfortunatly, my nicest black trousers were hanging on ironing board in the corner, metres away from the painted area, the ironing board fell over and the trousers leapt onto the freshly glossed door!

How the heck do you get gloss paint off?

I dabbed it as much as poss, left it to dry, have been scratching off the paint but nothing worked so far.

dab it with some white spirits or methylated spirits or paint brush cleaner
But it is a bugger to get off, so you might have to bin them.

I thought about colouring in the paint with bcalk nail varnish!!
