One rogue green non colour fast sock has bled all over my whites (washed at 40 in the washing machine). What can I do to get the green out of them?

Mix of fabrics, some cotton, some synthetics.

If they're white, try those rescue products you can get from the supermarket - they never work as well as they say on the packet, so you may have to do it several times.

For the future - I really recommend colour catchers. I put them in every wash always just in case, and you can use them over and over until they're really dark, so you're not wasting money by putting one in with the whites.

I've used bleach (several cycles, hot water).
