Hi All. In a flutter of house-goddessness I made some lovely plum marmalade last weekend. Unfortunately I used my precious Le Creuset pan for that: the fruit and sugar got welded to the bottom in about a 1/3" layer. When I came to clean it some of the enamel coating came off with it
Please tell me that I can get it restored somehow and I have't just ended up with a very expensive bloody flower pot for my garden...
