Has anyone put buggy in washing machine!!

Just about to drop baby no 2, and want to wash Maclaren tecno xlr as it is minging and want to use for ds1 and ds2. I am rubbish at this kind of thing, so before I proceed, has anyone dismantled there's and put through wash? and put back together!! Sorry if this is V boring!!

Yes - obv not the frame lol!

Took off the fabric bits and washed them on a gentle cycle.

I dismantled mine (Graco) and couldn't put the bloody thing back together again so make sure you can put it all back otherwise the stress is immense!

just give it a good scrub with a bucket of hot water and some washing powder

yep,go for it,
i wash all mine in the machine,
i stick mine on a handwash cycle usually,but have stuck them in a normal 40 wash ( so long as theres no decals to wash off)

Yes, have always put the removal fabric parts of the Maclaren in the washing machine - they come out like new.
