I'm at college at the mo and saving money by taking my own lunches, but last week I had a laptop covered with fruit salad juice, and today there was a nasty incident with a tuna and bean salad.
I have tried cheap asda and tesco pots, and klip-its already...any ideas?

Lock & Lock - Lakeland sell them.

Pekkala · 09/03/2009 22:43

Thanks. Trip to Lakeland for me tomorrow then!

Agree... I have Lock&Lock at work, they are great.

If on a budget though, as a temporary measure you could get the reclosable freezer bags (supermarkets sell them) and put your existing pot inside that. The bag will then add another layer of protection, though may not cope with a large spill.

Another vote here for Lock & Lock. They have never let me down. Unfortunately they can become rather addictive and you end up with loads!

Pekkala · 10/03/2009 18:35

Well I'm starting with three - let the addiction begin!
(though I think I did quite well as that is all I bought and I turned down their kind offer of a catalogue...)

Lock & Lock here too but Asda's are okay.

PrettyCandles · 10/03/2009 18:42

Also these, which are cheaper than L&L, but just as waterproof. Can often find them in Tescos.

am slighty [bluh] to say this, but lock'N' lock booxes are great and you can get huge sets from (here is the bit) QVC, i order mine from the website and they are cheaper than lakeland.

They are fab and very addictive!

MadameCastafiore · 10/03/2009 19:32

Lock and lock all the way are reliable and do not ever leak.

But you will become a lock and lock nutter though - I have a special cupboard to house all of my lovely lock and lock collection!

morethanyoubargainfor · 10/03/2009 19:52
