will be interested to hear the best stuf for limescale in loo too. I have tried so scrub it but it's not going.

Lemonade! Or anything else containing citric acid. The stuff works wonders. Pour some over some kitchen roll, then drape over the area where the limescale is. Make sure it's really saturated and in contact with the limescale, then leave it for as long as you can - overnight if possible.

Then, wipe off and the limescale comes away! I've done this with my sinks and loos! (It's also a great way of using up flat lemonade!)

Cillit Bang - there is a loo product and a limescale product and both are VERY efficient. Around shower doors you might want to scrub a bit with a old toothbrush as well.

Piratecat - try Kilrock K descaler if you can find it, (got mine in local dept store). Works wonders down the loo, limescale came off a treat!

I always ruin my sink when I attempt to remove the limescale, I know 2 ways that you shouldn't do it!
1 - Don't use toilet limescale remover
2 - Don't use a scouring pad, unless you want a sink with lots of scratches!

White vinegar and a plastic scrubby thing. I soak cotton wool in vinegar too and rubber-band it to taps and anything else that's particularly bad - same principle as RockinSock.
