ComeWhine yes I'm just a bit knackered, but got through an 8 hour shift okay today. Slipped and hit my head off a big metal tap on the wall though, so dh has to wake me up every two hours in the night to check my consciousness level (thanks, NHS 24)

THink it's beause he didn't nap properly yesterday as he wasn't 'right'. He had some neurofen at some point and had a good nap after that but all the attempts beforehand weren't good naps.
ah well, they're off to nursery later so i can veg relax at work!

*ELC sent me a replacement toy, arrived today
I only emailed them about a broken one i'd been given for Christmas to find out if i could take it back as i'd thrown away the packaging. They emailed me straight back saying they would send a new one and they have, and it works

oh good - a thread I need today. Have utterly and completely exhausted myself and joints/hands are swollen sorting out and boarding the loft. It is finished. But sadly now my house is a disaster. I really would just rather lie down and sleep but it would be lovely for the house not to be horrid. Then I'd feel like the job was properly done.

Am setting the timer for 15 minute chunks.
