dried in blood on jeans - month old stain, not been washed

will it just wash out if i put straight in the wash? usually do 40 degrees, would 50 or 60 help?

Cold water soak is best for bloodstains.I often add vanish,leave to soak for a few hours,then wash on 40 wash.
