I have washed a sanitary towel...and now all my clothes look they have been in a blizzard. Some of them are ok and so am just going to let them dry eg undies/pjs as they wont matter.

But I have 2 black tops and 1 black dress that just look awful, whats the best way to get all the fluff off?

Wash it again? Dry it and brush it off?

Irony is I had a mooncup and the pad was a just incase measure, serves me right I should have trusted the mooncup

brush it off. I'm always leaving tissues up sleeves. It does come off...eventually.

was an experiment obviously - i weighed the pad before washing. now i am going to collect all the fluff - dry it - and then weigh it again to see how much the washing machines eaten. I thought it would be a good idea for a saturday night

usually works if i wash it again on its owm. - that tissues anyway.

i am a cleaner and one dirty woman leaves them in her knickers on the bathroom floor. or in the laundry room. turns my stomach. cant look at her them same now.

can you tumble dry for a few minutes - normally gets my missed tissue fluff off!

don't forget to clean out your washing machine filter as well.Don't want blockages to add to your problems!

eeew mysonsmummy thats gross

I once looked after an 8mo baby while her mum and dad got married. Once baby was in bed I went to kitchen to make tea and saw a used one lying open on top of kitchen bin.

I often find always pantliners in my clean washing, normally ok just a few of the granule things shake them off outside and its fine.
