Hope no one minds me starting this thread.

RR I hate it when local things close.. I know they will cost head office money to run but for locals they are really important!

Is everyone posting on this thread now or both?

Work is finished so my list looks like:

Collect children from nursery
Tea/play/bath
Lay out clothes for tomorrow
Put a load of washing in
Feed baby
Mop kitchen floor
Take items for bring and buy sale
Plan menus from veg box
Order takeaway (can't plan and cook on same day)
Find storage for DH's crap
Make list of Christmas presents
Remember to talk to DH
Shine sink

Urf, just got home from a long day at work, then rushing to school to collect teh dc etc.
I have just washed up the breakfast items, but nothing else has been done. I have identified a hotspot but am not able to tackle it - still have a headache grrrrr!

Will aim to go to bed tonight with a shiny sink and clothes out for tomorrow, and will clear my hotspot tomorrow.

Hope you all did better than I did today

Right everyone.

Lets all try and shine our sink tonight, sort out tomorrows clothes (for kids and/or you) and lets try and tackle a hotspot for 5 mins before you go to bed. 5 mins only though.

Right on Anne - Ladies we will only do one fly thread over the weekend so come and say hello on the egneral thread. There is no missions or babysteps to do over the weekend, but.....

You must have a shiney sink
Get yourself dressed
Clear your hotspots

The weekend is also a really good time to declutter

2 boxes or bags, plus bin bag. 1 for keep - put away, one for give away and the bag for throw away

Set your timer and then start at the door and work round the room. When the timer goes off you have to empty the boxes to their rightful places.

lol hippi - most of it will still be on my list tomorrow!

The great thing about Fly is that I actually haven't done that much today but I feel virtuous because I have done what I'm meant to

DS now in bed, we're all fed, dishwasher on, still need to hang up the washing, kitchen all clean, newspaper pile in lounge cleared (as hotspot). So I feel I deserve a sit down with a glass of wine.

Well done everyone who's getting back in the swing again.

Am knackered and coldy. Sniff.

DS is singing to Tigger in bed. I am avoiding the lounge which is a sea of duplo.

But I did hoover downstairs before DS went to bed, he helped me with his little Dyson.

I will do the kitchen floor when I recover slightly and the hotspot on the kitchen counter is glaring at me as well..
