What do you do with wet dishcloths waiting to be washed?

Also wet towels. And flannels. We have a wetbag for the bathroom for flannels as we use a lot but it feels like we always have manky old dishcloths hanging around waiting to be washed. I'm sure there must be a better system than our non-system.

They get thrown into drum of washing machine each night, or onto floor in front (utility room), also any tea towels and hand towels.

I have one of those fold up washing buckets that I throw anything wet into. I usually wash whatever is in it every 2-3 days.

I use Minky super Soak Up Dishcloths that when you wring them out are virtually dry & then pop them on the kitchen radiator to finish off before dumping them in a bag I have in my laundry basket for Dishcloths & tea towels before they go in the washer. When my washer soap dispenser drawer needs to come out to be cleaned I chuck it in the sink & add any Dishcloths that need washing, leave them overnight then rinse the morning after, wrung out & dry on the radiator.
