Can anyone recommend good quality and reliable cleaming products to clean a very dirty /messy house which has benefits severely neglected due to mental health and hoarding ?

Also any advice /steps on how to tackle it properly bit by bit ?

I bought a big bag of microfibre cloths from Amazon. You can wash and reuse them and they last for years.
You don't need lots of expensive products. You can do a lot with cheap washing up liquid in a bucket of hot water. I find a hands and knees scrub clean and wash does wonder for me physically and mentally!
Start with your Kitchen or Bedroom. Don't sit down and stop. Put some music on.Don't pick the phone up. Keep going!
And remember - you CAN do this!

Good advice re kitchen and bathroom first. Motivating when you start to get a clear space, see some improvement. If you're lacking motivation look at something you've achieved. A tidier cupboard, a drawer that's been sorted, the bags of rubbish that are leaving. Good advice re no phone. Put on music or a podcast and a timer if you need to. Do an hour, stop for fifteen and then back on with it.

Magic sponges are great.

Good luck. You won't regret it.

Sugar soap and Elbow grease make very dirty things easier to clean. Be careful with the sugar soap as it very strong.
