Dont get one....cost a fortune and you can manage without one even when you have had one!

Buy an extra airer and put it over the bath. Clothes dry really quickly!

Saving you money and saving the environment.

agree with collision, dont bther.
i had a washer/dryer before when it broke i coukdnt afford to get a combined one again. i now just have a washer, i brought another airer and manage with this (i live in a flat with no balcony/outdoor area to dry washing). dd was in washable nappies too when washer broke.
my elec bill was smaller this time round and thats with the increase in charges!

top 3 were Miele T7644C Novotronic, John Lewis JLTDC01, Miele T8322 Honeycomb care. They all got pretty much the same mark, but the john lewis one is an A rating for energy.

i have given up on driers and use airers in the bathroom

my washing machine now has a much faster spin and clothes are nearly dry when they come out

I have a drier, but only use it rarely, much prefer line dried washing.
Actually only tend to use it to fluff up the towels these days.
Would not buy another, when this dies, But DH insists we need one he doesn't do the washing
