Faults with fridge freezers

I live in a new build. The fridge freezer in the kitchen is freezing up regulary but as it is built in I am unable to solve the problem by pulling it out. Other people on our estate are finding the same problem, also the plastic drawers keep cracking. It is expensive to replace these drawers. My fridge freezer is also attached to my cooker with one piece of wood separating then, is this the norm and how have other owners dealt with this.

The fridge freezer is next to the oven?

My old integrated fridge freezer was next to my oven (stupid idea, the fridge used to get hot and eventually stopped working) so I redesigned my kitchen, bought a portable ninja oven and a free standing fridge freezer and they are now happily apart. I think you might continue to have issues with them being that close together with only a bit of wood to seperate.

It's not a Beko, is it? I got one in December, now getting it replaced because of freezing stuff in the fridge (and one of the door shelves cracked too). And customer service has been rubbish. How new is the new build? If the appliance is relatively new it should be covered and you can get it replaced. Do you have any documents for the appliances like receipts or guarantees? Can you go back to the house company if not?

New build 4 years old so no longer covered by guarantees.
