Currently, mine is my kitchen. We don't have the room we used to use as an office anymore as DS2 sleeps in there so everything gets dumped on the side. It doesn't actually take that long to sort out but it is getting roung to it. My draining board is always full of drying pots too.

kitchen and lounge equally.

kitchen because its the only room downstairs so is out of sight out of mind and lounge because we are in it so much(its lounge, play room, dining room and study in one)

my whole house is a tip at the mo.
we have had a conservatory built and the attic converted so we are waist deep in plaster dust and just have crap every where.
its getting me own a bit BUT next week is week 8 of it all and it is the last week so will be able to paint, lay new flooring and will then be able to clean clean clean.

we emptied the loft of so much crap prior to the work bieng done and it was utterly cleansing so cant wait to tackle the rest of the house.

am very posh with my conservatory and loft

Kitchen too. The rest of my house is spotless.

The big bedroom....currently shared by DD2 and ds, aged 7 and 2. Lots of toys for mixed ages, not enough storage, and lots of clothes. Add in most of dps and my clothes, plus our double matress due to us having no bedroom while we are doing other building work, and I really have no chance.

misdee · 09/05/2008 14:46

my bedroom

we use it to sort out laundry as well so its never completely tidy. other rooms get cleaned every day (unless it just dh here and then he just tidies them, doesnt clean) but the bedrooom is terrible.

MascaraOHara · 09/05/2008 14:47

my bedroom.

throckenholt · 09/05/2008 14:47

the kids bedrooms (and all other shelves and surfaces which have a magnetic attraction for stuff).

Mercy · 09/05/2008 14:50

Our bedroom.

Apart from the usual bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers it's also home to the computer and printer, the clothes airer, the laundry bin, the ironing basket, most of our books, piles of outgrown clothes etc etc

My bedroom. Always has been. My Dad calls me the midden meister.

littlerach · 09/05/2008 15:13

Our loft rooms.
One is a spare room and has lots of dh's camera stuff in it.
The other is supposed to be the office/study, and agin had lots of dh's crap camera equipment, and other stuff in.

fryalot · 09/05/2008 15:14

our bedroom.

I pootle in every other room while the kids are knocking about, but our room will take hours and I don't want to leave them while I do it, don't want them in there with me while I do it, and weekends are too precious to do it then.

JodieG1 · 09/05/2008 15:16

Kitchen and living room, always cluttered and I can de clutter the kitchen one day and it mysteriously attracts more by the following day.

lazarou · 09/05/2008 15:24

OUr bedroom and the kitchen. Every available surface in the kitchen is covered in 'stuff'. I have to keep putting things out of reach of the kids.

prudencepinkleg · 09/05/2008 15:26

ds1 bedroom is a tip. I think he follows in his dad's footsteps as his study is not particulary tidy .

kittywise · 09/05/2008 15:27

kitchen, it's AWFUL
