Cleaner Christmas tip

Hi, I want to give my cleaner some extra cash for Christmas as she's been working for me for a while and it seems like a nice thing to do. Any recommendations or thoughts on the appropriate amount/how to give it to her? She's through an agency, but I want the tip to go directly to her.
Thanks!

If you can afford it I would do a weekly clean amount as a tip and leave it in a card

£20 and a box of chocolates or biscuits would be welcome I think. You might find she feels obliged to give you something in return though.

Thanks for the replies. @Lovelyview I definitely don't want her to feel obliged to give me something in return, any way to avoid that?

I suppose if you just give her cash it's more obvious it's a tip rather than a present. Maybe £25?

A card saying "Thank you for all your hard work!" with cash inside, given to her after the last clean before Christmas so she can't give you something in return anyway!

Il leave mine an extra week's money in cash and a card. I might leave something for her young daughter this year.

I agree, give an extra week's wages with a card, no present.
