Jas what is it with men and their cars. Luckly DH doesnt have that attatchement, but..... we were using my dads lovley white care as my wedding car (13 years agao) and he went an changed it a week before to a silver BMW coupe with two doors. I couldnt get in with all my frills on the dress

Jas · 29/04/2008 14:13

DP doesn't think about the fact that he has a family when cosig cars (or vans) When I had dd1, I had to come home from hospital in the back of his 2 seater van, on an old quilt.

Then just after I fell pregnant with dd2, he bought a three seat van!

At least there are enough seats for us all in his cars.

Jas · 29/04/2008 14:30

Bianca - will dd be going to Brownies soon?

I have dd2s jacket and trousers here. You can have them if you like

TheMadHouse · 29/04/2008 14:31

Jas that'd be great - thank you! Dd goes up to Brownies staright after Rainbows tomorrow evening and is very excited about it (she's grown out of Rainbows suddenly and has been pretty fed up with it over the past month)

I have a load of washing in, some chicken defrsoting for supper (not sure what to do with it yet though...maybe wraps of some kind) and that's all I've managed to do other than the big cupboard clearout which is hidden from view!

Better go, need to pop to the shops in teh village before I collect ds.

Ludaloo · 29/04/2008 14:50

Evening all.

Hoovered all over and got winter clothes packed up and stowed in the loft (then found a load still in the tumble drier ).

DS has blisters on his toes don't know which shoes (might be his clarks school shoes which we got at Easter ).

Gonnawatch 'How to look good naked' now!

Nutsaboutchocolate · 29/04/2008 21:06

Evening FLY-ladies

I have not read the thread today. I have logged in a few times but then DD has wanted me so I log out again. So I hope everyone are ok.

I hope Step Mum is ok Bianca

I wonder how Tort is getting on with her PC?

After a good day yesterday, today has been rubbish with flying. We have had a lot of rain today which has made me really achy and my painkillers are not really taking the pain away from my joints.

DD has not been well either, so we have been cuddled up on the sofa for most of the day either watching TV or DVDs or sleeping. I dont know what is really wrong with DD, she just wants cuddles and is not her normal self. If anything she is acting like I do when I`m really suffering. I hope she is not going to have what I have. Its does seem strange the way she was last night and today. Its is just like me. I ache and hurt more when rain is on its way and is raining and dont really want to move.

I`m really tired so I think it can be bedtime for me. DD is sleeping on the sofa atm I will have her in my bed again tonight I think, then she knows I am there for her.

Night night all

HN xx
