Shopping list app for us all to add to

Hi,

Do any of you use a shopping list (groceries) that the whole family can link/add to?

I've downloaded a few but they all seem to be ones where I could make a list and then just share it with the others, rather than us all download it and add to it when we remember something.

I'm forever doing the shop and then dh or the kids saying 'did you buy any X?'

It's often something I hadn't realised we'd ran out of. I figure if we had a shared app then it's their responsibility to tell me we've ran out and less on me to remember which I don't cos my memory is terrible--

Alternatively we could just make another WhatsApp group just for groceries but I thought there'd be an app out there?

Works for us too.

Another vote for FamilyWall. We use it for shopping but also for jobs that need doing round the house, Christmas presents etc etc

Microsoft To Do. We have a list called shopping list.

We use AnyList too. Can sync with Amazon Echo so people can add verbally or just add on the app. Have lots of lists on there.

DH is firmly android and I’m an apple aficionado - To Do works with both. You send a share token for a list and when accepted you can update the list.

We have familywall and love it.

We use an app called Our Groceries. DH has the link too so we both add to it. So helpful if you think of something random whilst you're out and about!! And free, always love a free app!

We have an echo show in the kitchen and then in the Alexa app you can see the list

its just the square with arrow symbol at top which is share button. Then toggle to collaborate. We allow both of us to fully edit

Ah ok thank you it wasn’t in iCloud it was just on my phone. Was looking for something for my dh and dd to add to.

Yep it appears in the app on my phone.
