Cleaning the shower while in it and naked

A few ??? As I intend to do this tonight. Already on second lot of clothes thanks to the weather and didn't fancy another change.

Do you clean it before or after you have showered yourself?

How do you use spray cleaners with the door shut without gassing yourself?

No, I don't, because I use soda crystals and bicarb to clean the bath and it's certainly not something I want on my skin, particularly the soda crystals.

I do this. haven't reas all the thread. Is it bad? I can't see how you can clean it properly without getting wet so you might as well kill 2 birds with one stone.

god no, how would you do it without getting covered in cleaning stuff? I mean it is going to be flying all over the place with the water spray etc

Turn the shower off while spraying or cleaning, then rinse it all while rinsing myself. Does get a bit chemical if using the descaler stuff in which case I open doors and windows beforehand. Normally use ecover stuff for general clean which isn't too bad, I did once nearly gas myself tho when i put bleach down the plugholes and then viakal on top - creates a very noxious gas! Ecover multi purpose spray seems to work fine for me with the odd heavy duty bleaching session.

Use any old spray cleaner, mr muscle type. Used cilit bang once - never again. That stuff reeks. Nasty.

yes it is a very good way of doing it. but don't ever use that mildew removing stuff, dh sprayed some on and didn't tell me, i had an awful eye reaction to it.

ah yes, but the cleaning products made it especially slippery, and to my knowledge she hasn't slipped in the shower while just showering.

I bought that Mr Muscle shower and shine and in the instructions it states 'Do not use in a confined space'

Is it necessary to get in the shower and get wet to clean it? I am really curious about this as I've seen shower cleaning without soaking self threads before. I open door, spray a bit of vinegar and wipe all walls and tray with damp microfibre cloth. Shake some bicarb down the drain and job done. No need to enter shower (unless you have ahuge one I suppose but I can reach the walls from the door).

Our bath and shower are separate and the bath "telephone" shower attachment stretches over to the shower so I can use that to rinse down the shower enclosure once I've mr muscled it. Doors open in or out too so I can spray the inside pretty easily without actually getting inside. No way I would use that stuff whilst I was closeby naked.

I am in the league of showering me and then cleaning the shower!

I do however, stumble out half gassed and needing to recover from all the fumes.

Do you naked shower cleaners all have shower cubicles? I have the over-bath type and it's easy enough to clean without getting wet, even the inside of the screen.

I tend to strip off, squirt cilit bang stuff over the tiled wals and thenscrub it down. Close doors and do them, hop out and do shower tray while kneeling on the floor. Then I turn the shower on and hop in to rinse off the walls. Finally, I have ashower and then rinse off the walls and door again before exiting.

Yes, I clean the shower naked too, no idea how to do it without gassing myself and keeping dignity intact (ie not opening the window wide..).

I'm still laughing about the cat clinging to the glass door .

I put a cat in the bath once to rinse off the Swarfega that I'd rubbed in to get off all the black oil stuff that she was covered in (for reasons that never became clear - she just arrived home that way). It looked like a scene from the Texan Chainsaw Massacre - my arms were shredded.
