How do you clean toys?

This is probably going to sound silly but I really struggle with cleaning toys.

For example The Leap Frog Ice cream cart. I've got fluff and dirt in all the nooks and crannies and all I seem to do is push fluff about. Same with a Happy Land bus we've got.

Any tips? Is it really obvious? 😂

If they don't have batteries or electrical bits I always stick them in the dishwasher!

Thanks, I should have said the ones in talking about do have batteries, make noises etc. 😂

Realistically unless it’s something they put in their mouth a lot, I’d blow air at it to try to blow fluff out of the crevices, then wipe it over best I can with a baby wipe and not worry any further.

Baby wipes, no batteries then puy them in a Milton sterilising bath/bucket.

Hoover is good for getting dust out of crevices

Cotton bud with antibacterial spray for hard to reach bits.

Slime
Obviously no glitter or colour but it molds to crevices and takes everything off. I use it in my car to clean nooks and crannies like air vents.

Brilliant suggestions! Thanks!

Hoover and anti bacterial wipes do the trick

I bought a set of cheap paint brushes, and use them for brushing dust out of grooves etc. They're great for dusting Lego.
