We moved house recently and our cat has been chased in and attacked by a local cat, meaning she’s a bit more reluctant to go outside. She often does more at night when we think the other cat is locked in.
She keeps weeing and pooping in our bath due to not wanting to go out. We have a one year old who we bath regularly so cleaning the bath every day if not twice a day isn’t ideal and is generally a bit grim.
We've tried leaving water in the bath which does deter her, but the bath is old and drains slowly even with the plug in - planning on buying a new plug today! We have also tried leaving her litter tray (as she’s an outdoors cat she hasn’t used litter other than as a kitten/when kept in after spaying etc) but she doesn’t use it.
Are there any things I could be doing to deter this and stop the protest bath fouling?
