Green Mould on Pushchair seat

Anyone any ideas for how to get green mould off an old maclaren that's been stored in my garage? I've promised a friend she can borrow it for her holiday but got it out today and realised what a state it's in.

I'm thinking a hard bristled scrubbing brush but I'm not sure what potion I should put on first so any suggestions would be very welcome!

I used an antibactgerial wipe (or 10!)

can the covers be removed completly? if yesm, then give them a run through the washing machine and see what comes on. green mold isnt something i've treated before, i usually deal with mildewy buggies, which i either used bleach, scrubbed in and rinsed off quickly (after checkign for colour fastness), or lemon juice and sunshine (not had much sun lately).

if covers cant be removed then washthem throughly under a shower using normal detergent.

And after all that's finished, can you get a cosy toes to use as a liner? If it's a hot holiday, they can just zip off the cover bit. I got an old fleece cot blanket and cut it to size for one of my buggies - also easy to wash then, so no worries about food spills or sun tan lotion stains for your friend

If you can't be bothered to go to all the hassle, try freecycle, people are always giving buggies away on there.
