Too small for a bed bug?

Me again, still worrying about bed bugs! I'm still so itchy at night but no visible bites. Last night I had a scout about on the floor and squashed this teeny tiny bug, could it be a nymph or too small? I wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't been looking with my phone torch on. Also loads of weird black dust on the floor around the bed but it isnt stuck on like I thought bed bug poo is. Any help really appreciated, I'm being absolutely tormented by this .

I really can’t tell but video here of big one, then he shows a really small one afterwards so could it possibly be a young one?

if you are worried about Bedbugs, have you flipped the bed up like this?

Check for eggs elsewhere too

Its def loads smaller than pics online. I took the bed apart and cleaned everything, hoovered everywhere, steamed the mattress, didnt see any signs of bugs, eggs or poo. Maybe it's dust mites instead but I didn't think you could see them.

If not bed bugs then have you considered bird mites? Do you have old chimneys/vents/cracks in your room or attic access? Bird mites live in bird nests, but they will search for other hosts once the birds have left and are happy to bite humans. They are tiny.
