Ideal humidity and temperature to prevent mould?

I have upgraded my dehumidifier to one where you can set a target humidity. What should I set it to to prevent mould? We have had mould problems in this flat over previous winters which I’m keen to avoid now that we have a young baby.

What temperature would you consider ideal with a baby and being home quite a bit over winter? I’m usually happy with lower temperatures but this has obviously contributed to the mould problem in previous years and of course I don’t want my baby getting too cold.

Unusually energy bills see included in the rent of our current flat so not a major consideration but I don’t like to waste energy either.

I also try to ventilate the house but on days like today there’s not much point as it’s super humid outside.

18 to 20 with a baby

I'd go with 20° for temperature with a small baby. For property and postcard health 50% to 53% for humidity is recommended in the UK. It makes take a few days of frequent/constant running for it to get down to that but in a small flat maintenance should be easy enough after that.

I've just got Tado which is like hive. The humidity is showing at 67% right now. Is that too high and how do I reduce it ?
