I’m planning to buy a Meaco dehumidifier to replace my old one and not sure whether to go for the 12L or 20L version? Currently in a 2 bed flat with open plan living area and will need to be drying washing inside the living area most days over winter. The flat has had quite bad damp and mould problems most winters and trying to be more careful this year as we have a baby. Hope to be moving into a standard 3 bed terrace (relatively small at 80 m2) by spring so what I buy now needs to be suitable for that too.
Should I get the 12 or 20 L version? Also do I need 2 - one for the bedroom and one for the living area or will one do the job if all doors are open?
