Combination microwave

I’m not sure if this is the right topic but hope so! I need to replace my microwave and have seen combination microwaves, so some combined air fryers/microwaves. Is there a downside to this? I use the microwave every day to sterilise bottles, which generates a lot of steam. I have considered buying an air fryer to save on putting the normal oven on sometimes, but didn’t want an additional thing on the kitchen side. Is a combined one too good to be true?

Microwave/combined ovens are fantastic. We bought one when we moved in to our grotty, do it up house as the oven was disgusting. We bought a large one and used it until we had our kitchen renovated.
I'd like another one (and then I would hardly be using my built in oven) but I can't fine one slim enough.

I've got one and have only recently started using it fully as I am on my own. Previously I have mostly used it for porridge, defrosting things and baked potatoes. I cooked a frozen goats cheese parcel thing the other day and it took about 10 minutes in the microwave on a combi programme, compared to waiting 10 minutes for an oven to warm up and then 20 minutes cooking it.
