Does anyone use a wardrobe dehumidifier and do they work?

My clothes always feel a bit damp at this time of year. Usually I just put them on the radiator while I'm in the shower to warm them up a bit, but I'm not currently turning the heating on in the mornings. Do these peculiar bags work to draw moisture out and make the clothes feel more aired?

I used these and they did collect moisture so worth a go.

Thanks Idbemonica, which type did you use?

I had some Meaco Mini D ones but to be honest you’d be better off in investing in a proper dehumidifier, they can’t be beaten. I had damp & black mould problems in my bedroom, bathroom, various others parts of the home, was particularly bad behind wardrobes as on a very cold wall, opening the windows regularly when not damp outside to air & running a larger Meaco dehumidifier in the home has sorted it out, those small dehumidifiers don’t really help much.

The ones with crystals in that you hang over coathangers. Think they were from hone bargains or the range. I invested in a dehumidifier eventually, worth every penny.

Yes I use the wardrobe hanging ones they Kontrol brand as these are the largest ones I’ve found. They definitely work. I’ve also got a proper electric dehumidifier but still had problems in wardrobe so I’ve kept them. They aren’t cheap depending on how much moisture there is in your house of course, but worth every penny not to have mouldy or mouldy smelling clothes

Get a normal dehumidifier (the come in different sizes) and run it near your wardrobe with the door open.

Are your clothes properly dry before putting away bc if the wardrobe is making them damp, pull your wardrobe away from the wall to see what's happening behind it.
