Spice Storage

Has anyone found a solution to keeping spices and condiments jars organised and accessible? Not drawers sadly, I only have 3 in the kitchen and need them for other things.

I have some of those metal tiered shelves but they don't really help as you can't see the stuff in the back anyway.

I'm wondering about the magnetic little tins for spices? Possibly stuck to the back of the cupboard door.

Any ideas/genius storage ideas very welcomed!

Following with very keen interest!
I have a very narrow cupboard ( about 10 inches) it has 3 shelves so in theory there should be enough space but the top shelf is to high , I can't reach more than a inch or two back
The others are deep so I always end up having to take 7 things out to get to the one I want.

WHY is the one you want always at the back!

@DeanStockwelll I would recommend lazy susan's/turntables for you shallow cupboard.

I've got ones from the home edit (diameter 22.9 cm/approx 9 inches) (sold at John Lewis) and they have completely changed my shallow cupboards - pic attached (not cleaned in a while -sorry!).

Home Edit & iDesign Single Tier Storage Turntable Single small turntable

Before I got the turntables/lazy susans I decanted my spices into masala dabbas - not convinced that is the best route though.

Definitely recommend keeping in original contained and just putting on a lazy susan (come in variety of sizes to suit different cupboards).

This big one is brilliant (and yes, worth the cost - I've got one under my kitchen sink and two in the garage) but they do a medium size too and loads by different brands on amazon.

Large lazy susan

Sorry - just realised I messed up the first link!

Link to JL turntables by the Home edit

The big one annoyingly not called a turntable but a lazy susan so separate link for that above.

@Courante they look good , thank you.
I will do some mesuring and see which one will fit best

I just have lots of these www.plasticboxshop.co.uk/wham-studio-baskets-t776 of different sizes in my cupboards, Stack the spices in one, herbs in another, dried pasta, cake decorations all bunged together in a basket. Makes life really easy.

I use a large Valeria white tub with handles from Ikea and can fit loads in, with labels on lids so I can see what they are.

I've got a ser of magnetic pots on the side of my fridge. They work well. I put labels on each of them (underneath), so I am sure what is inside them.

I have a rack that mounts to the inside of my cupboard, it’s 5 tier and all jars are facing outwards so I can see them all as soon as I open the cupboard.

I've been reorganising spices for nearly 30 years to try and resolve this.

I recently moved the cutlery and utensils to Croc pots on the counter to free up a drawer. I'm afraid it's by far and away the best solution..
