Which to get: Instapot vs Ninja Foodie vs Remoska etc.

Trying to reduce energy use when cooking, and also save time. Have seen lots of good reviews of Instantpot etc., but always seem to be focused on meat, and we’re all pretty much veggie. Would be good to be able to make sauces, cakes, soups, stews etc., without spending hours at the stove! Also need something that doesn’t take up too much work surface. Does anyone have any experiences to share / recommendations etc? Am I looking for a unicorn?!

I’m happy with my remoska. It is worth it if you have a lot of baked potatoes, also Yorkshire puddings and fruit batter puddings. You can do various cakes, perhaps not fruitcakes as they are done slowly. It’s probably ok for vegetarian stews.
I don’t know anything about instant pot.

DM has a Remoska and I have a ninja. Ninja does more things. I find the remoska lid difficult to handle as so hot

We have a Foodi and it's brilliant. We use it literally every day for things like fish fingers, sausages, potato waffles, etc as it's a lot quicker than the oven. It can cook a chicken in an hour too. The pressure cooker function is also great although I don't use it as much.

Just spotted you're veggie! Foodi still brilliant for veggie food such as jacket potatoes, cooking dried pulses, and makes an amazing Mac cheese combining the pressure cook and air crisp modes.

We are veggie and instant is brilliant. We use it for veg curries, excellent for cooking lentils, proofing bread and fermenting batters for Indian cuisine savouries.. It has rice cooker, yoghurt maker and porridge function. If you get the air fryer model, it's an air fryer for chips and crispy veg as well. Timer function is brilliant to free up cooking time so u can get on with other stuff.

Sounds like they are all good! Can only afford (and only have room for) one, will see what special offers are available... Thank you so much for responses!
