Tumble dryer in small room with no window?

I want to buy a dryer, mainly to just for sheets as we literally have no space to dry them in our place. The only space I can put it is under the stairs, but there's no window or drain there. Would a condenser dryer work in this situation? Any experience of them, or dryers in small, windowless rooms would be appreciated.

Yes I use mine in an undercroft with no windows/ventilation. It's fine.

I have a condensing heat pump one and it’s brilliant. Mines not plumbed in so you just empty the water container every few loads.
I’ve never had a dryer before and it’s just so amazing not having whole family’s washing drying everywhere.

Yes you just need to make sure its a condensing one and it will be fine. Not got one myself but we design apartment blocks and often have then in internal cupboards or rooms.

Yes, it's fine, just keep the door open when in use.

Yep mines under the stairs! Have a condenser dryer. It’s opposite the bathroom
So I just makes sure the doors open and a window

Buy the condenser one. I have one in a very tiny room with no ventilation and I just empty out the water after every load and it's fine. I also keep the door open in the room as it blows out warm air.

Thanks everyone!

Same as PP. We have a tumble dryer in a cupboard. It has louvred doors for ventilation.

What I find handy is a lidded bin to put all the fluff after each load. You'll also need access to take out the condenser unit for cleaning.

I have a clothes airer and a dehumidifier in mine to dry jumpers etc from the residual heat.

Heat pump dryers are the most efficient, but around the £700 mark. I bought my DD a condenser model,as it can't go on an outside wall. She is very happy with it. I would also suggest using a dehumidifier at the same time.
