mould on bathroom ceiling - friend says shower could be to blame?

just seen another post regarding mould so i thought i would share

shower is over the bath at opposite end to taps but growing slowly on ceiling at tap end has been mould

friend said shower steam can cause this but i have kept window and door open so bathroom doesnt get too steamed up but i would say it is poss still spreading slowly

any advice

we wipe ours off with bleach on a cloth
Seems to be def caused by shower steam
Would be interested if there's any way to prevent it

could you get a fan fitted? that would help

also, paint ceiling with some anti mould p aint

to be honest i wasnt sure if my friend was right but appears she is judging by your responses

will get the bleach out today and send dh off to b&q at weekend

you can get anti mould paint? Fantastic, I wanted something like this but didn't know if it existed

Bleach doesnt kill the spores so i have been told. You can get special stuff to put on with a sponge that work. Think its called mould killer and it kills the spores.
