Cupboard organisation when your cupboards are small but the contents plentiful

I have limited space and can't add cupboards so I'm trying to work out how to maximise what space I have. I have two stupid cupboards that go back into a corner with small openings. One stores pans and baking trays and Pyrex and it's this one I need to organise most. The opening is about 30cm with most of the cupboard space being out of reach in the corner. The door doesn't even open fully because of the washing machine sticking out slightly so putting anything on the inside of the door isn't an option. It's such an awkward space to use. Any suggestions as to what I could do to make things more organised and easy to access?

Is it one of each thing or any duplicates?
Have you seen the Home Edit on netflix? They have 'back stock' in another area.
I've got a hallway cupboard with extra tins and grains.
I also organised my dry goods cupboard with some boxes I can pull out rather than digging to the back of the cupboard and pouring stuff onto the floor. I labeled them thematically eg 'spices'.
I've also got some tins etc under the bed in a plastic box.

I keep some trays, utensils etc in matching boxes on top of my cabinets.

No duplicates. The food cupboard is ok it's just the pans etc that are driving me crazy now.

Take the door off?

Can you post a photo/diagram?

It's at its messiest at the moment sorry Blush
I might just have a complete swap around when I have time and use the drawers for pans. I've done that before and it's not necessarily better but worth a try.

If i were you i would really look at your usage of things and try and change the contents of that cupboard to things that have infrequent use.

I have one of these horrible cupboards too, and I feel your pain! Tbh, I only put things in the far bit that we rarely use- serving dishes/platters, that we use on birthdays/Christmas, as I plate up every meal otherwise, empty storage jars I don't have room on the worktop for in this house, but I don't want to ditch because they match those that are out, muffin baking tins, cake decorating kit/biscuit cutters etc, plastic jug and glasses for using outdoors in summer. By the opening I have a stack of mixing bowls/measuring jug/sieve, cork mats for putting pans on the table, etc. but these get used probably once a fortnight.

My pans hang off a rack- is that a possibility? with a lid holder fixed on the wall. And my oven has a compartment underneath that I keep baking tins in, it sort of folds down for access.

I had one of those. I think the key is only keep stuff that stacks. I edited my saucepans down to 4 that all stacked inside each other, and my frequent use baking trays down to a single neat pile. So in the "front" of the cupboard were those 2 piles. Round the corner were the less used things like the lasagne dish and casseroles. So when I needed to get something from further back, at least I just had to shift just one neat stack to get access.

You can get pull out wire racks for these cupboards but I was so short of space, I reckoned I couldn't afford to lose an inch.

Also consider whether you could store baking trays in the oven or the biggest pan on the hob, or hung up somewhere. Chopping boards in a rack on the counter, or just have one big one out all the time like a worktop saver (IKEA have a nice massive bamboo one that looks like it's meant to be left out.)

Buy some dividers and organise on their side. Put only stuff In there that you use frequently. Put stuff used occasionally elsewhere, get rid of duplicates or stuff you never use.
