Garage vs. tunnocks

And so it begins. I am sorting out my late DH’s garage. I am feeling mightily overwhelmed, but it’ll be so great when it’s done. I have budgeted for a new workbench, new flooring, a new unit and paint.

But first clearing, sorting, tip trips. And finding local friends to help me work out what on Earth some of these tools are.

Well I'm torn.. I inspired to do something similar now but feel that I'll fail fairly early on. This usually happens when I get sidetracked having discovered some old thing that I had forgotten about (not Grandad!).

You can do it! Bit by bit.

You have inspired me to sort out our garage. DF died 3 years ago, and I still have the contents of his loft in there, together with lots of our stuff that doesn't fit in out loft!

It’s definitely worth doing. It was the last area in our house to be tackled and I thought I’d ever get there!

And we are doing okay, mostly. Can’t believe it’s over 4.5 years since we lost DH. But we are doing pretty well, despite some challenges
