Have always done my baking cutting up parchment paper to line trays and tins. Started thinking about getting something reusable and would like to know what other bakers like...
Have seen the expensive silpat type mats - silicone/fibreglass type things - seem to be popular on the you tube recipes I watch but like I said - expensive.
Also seen the more reusable paper type things that you cut yourself to size - about £11 from Lakeland... Do you still need to butter these like you do with parchment paper?
What are you guys using and would you recommend?
