Can you use the heated airer in a cold garage over the winter? No space in the house for it.

If it's not overly cold or damp in there. I'd buy the cover for it to help keep the heat in it. Or use a duvet cover over top which works same way.

Thank you. Definitely going to get cover. It does get quite cold this time of year hoping it works 🤞🏻

Alternatively. If you do get it and it doesn't dry in there. Put it up in room/hallway or wherever you have a plug socket and it'll be dry in 8hrs overnight so can be taken down in morning :) it really is fab. We have ours in lean-to extension although it does have a radiator it is quite cold but it works fine and actually drys washing rather than it sitting stagnating and musty at this time of year

We got ours about 12 years ago when we lived in an old cottage with no central heating and it sat in an icy-cold hallway that wasn't any warmer than a garage, so with a cover it should work.

BTW I love mine and still use it two house moves (central heating included!) on ❤️

Thank you everyone have ordered with cover and will give it a go

You will not have a problem at all. Worst case, things will take slightly longer to dry because they will be relying entirely on the heat put out by the drier rather than the drier also warming up/drying the air around. But with the cover, that problem disappears.
