Astonish Mould & Mildew spray - nose so irritated!

Hi all
Just cleaned my bathroom tiles with this spray and it worked really well, however we don't have a window in the bathroom so just had to do it and leave the room, left the window of the room opposite open and closed all the other doors
Inside the top of my nose is really irritated and can smell that chlorine smell so strong 🥴 don't know if it's because I'm pregnant and just extra sensitive to the smell. Have done some saline nasal sprays to try soothe it. It does seem to be normal (?!) from what I've read online. Anything I can do?! Don't know if I'm just being paranoid because there wasn't a window open! Thank you for any advice x

On the safety data sheet it says to use in a well ventilated area, if that is not possible then wear a respirator. In the event of inhalation it basically says to seek medical advice (and drink water if mouth irritated). Here is the link to it www.thecleaningcollective.co.uk/download/935
Might be worth calling 111.
